Director, NAM Logistics Transformation & Program Management
Role Overview
Lead the strategic definition and execution of transformation programs across the NAM end-to-end distribution network. Drive customer satisfaction, cost-to-serve optimization, and digital enablement. Develop and lead the transformation strategy and program delivery, ensuring governance, talent development, and project excellence.
What will you do?
Shape the Future
• Define and animate short- and long-term logistics strategy aligned with STRIVE framework, cost-to-serve goals, and Smart Supply/Chain initiatives.
• Co-lead network modeling with global LND teams to optimize footprint and entity vocations.
• Align logistics strategy with business development, customer insights, and GSC CDX growth strategies.
• Lead strategy governance (LR1) and animate transformation planning via Winning Plan and quarterly reviews.
Lead the Change
• Own execution of the transformation roadmap, including financial impact analysis and project sequencing.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across NAM logistics, finance, planning, channel, IT, and other GSC regions.
• Oversee SAP bridge deployments and H&D allocation initiatives.
• Ensure standardized program structures and effective resource utilization.
Develop
• Lead Project Manager succession planning and community development.
• Modernize Project Manager tools and processes with digitization.
• Drive transformation governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to global PMO strategy and talent exposure through challenging assignments.
Support & Influence
• Coach logistics leadership and PM community with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Foster growth and capability building across transformation teams.

Strategic Leadership & Transformation Expertise
• Proven track record of leading large-scale logistics or supply chain transformation initiatives, including strategy development, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive strategic programs that improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost-to-serve, and accelerate digital adoption.
• Experience in leading network modeling and footprint optimization in collaboration with global teams.
Project & Program Management Excellence
• 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, with a strong focus on project and program management.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to structure complex programs, manage interdependencies, and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Experience in building and leading PMOs, including governance, process standardization, and talent development.
Digital & Systems Proficiency
• Hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain technologies such as Manhattan WMS, SAP, Oracle, and planning optimization tools.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to assess business processes and identify automation and digitization opportunities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, modeling), PowerPoint (executive storytelling), and Word (documentation and reporting).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior leadership, cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Planning, Sales, Marketing), and external partners.
• Ability to influence without authority, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Experience working across business units and geographies, with a global mindset and sensitivity to regional nuances.
Change Management & Talent Development
• A self-motivated change agent with a history of leading continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams, including project managers and transformation leaders.
• Ability to identify and nurture talent, create development plans, and expose team members to strategic assignments.
