DGM-Business Development
Highly motivated and experienced Sales / Business Development professional more than 8 years of experience to join our Services Business Development to support Recurring Services business through B2B / B2C approach and work closely with Digital Services team for Contract Digitization. The position will be DGM - Business Development, based out Mumbai location. This position will report to head of Business Development, Services, Greater India zone.
About The Role
The main mission of the this position is to drive recurring business through multiple sales engines within organization and also through external partner network. This position will also be responsible to drive country ambition of Renewal of all type of contracts & also to capture new contract from different focused segments. Candidate will also be responsible to drive strongly conversion of On Demand services to Recurring services.
Key Responsibility
- Drive the Recurring business within Brownfield, Greenfield, Partners etc.
- Drive Capex to Opex to Recurring Transformation
- Share best practices across the globe with sales teams
- Understand recurring business roadblock for each area and drive the action plan to overcome them
- Identify key clients pain points & needs, build best tailor made & outcome-based service to address needs
- Collaborate with other BU Sales for EcoCare penetration
- Build solid case study of Recurring and share with sales
- Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources
- Participate in meetings with Recurring Digital Team (transformation calls) and act upon agreed actions
- Coordinate with all streams (Tendering, execution and CSM efficiency + marketing)
- Organize and accelerate training to secure Recurring DNA is present with all sales reps
- Actively work for Contract renewal
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Plan the deployment of consultative selling strategy in various segment specific in line with global strategy.
o Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution accordingly.
o Support sales team across country, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc.
o Selection of right solution and propose based on business nature of customer on specific segment. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
o Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.
o All tracking opportunities through system.

Internal: Services Sales, Digital Services, Services other function / BU sales
External: EU Customers (All Market Segments)

Educational Qualification
Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
