- Exposure on 5 Why, G8D, Six Sigma methodology...
- Collect and prepare monthly report,
- Customer Complaint analysis & implementation of actions to ensure non repeatability of complaints,
- Be the organization's leader to analyze customer complaints and returns and initiative corrective and preventive action using G8D methodology,
- PFMEA, Plan Control management,
- Use Schneider tool and software,
- Participate to meeting with different entities and country
