Key Responsibility:
1.Project Management & Coordination:
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all modification, breakdown, PCN (Product Change Notification), and TRI projects.
• Process Planning: Develop and implement efficient processes for tool maintenance projects, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Project Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of all modification, breakdown, PCN, and TRI projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
• Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for Tool Maintenance, CAM, and Tool quality and reliability departments, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing delays.
2.Communication:
• Scheduling: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding manufacturing status, tool completion commitments, PCN feedback, and provide monthly reports on tool completions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the tool maintenance, design, procurement, and customer teams.
3. Design & Engineering:
• BOM Creation: Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for each design release.
• PCN Analysis: Analyze PCN SIR and develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Procurement: Request and follow up with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of all necessary items for tool manufacturing.
4. Manufacturing Support:
• Machining Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the machining team during the manufacturing process.
5. Quality & Improvement:
• Involvement in TPM & TQM: Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives to improve overall process efficiency and quality.
6. Administrative & Financial:
• SAP MM Transactions: Perform SAP MM transactional activities, including job number creation and cost monitoring.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis of tool manufacturing processes to identify areas for cost reduction and optimization.

• Advance proficiency in MS-excel
• Basic understanding of Tool Room Environment, projects, products
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
