Responsibilities
• Solution Design : Develop high-level and low-level solution designs, including system diagrams, data models, and integration patterns.
• Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate design overviews to various stakeholders, including business and technical audiences.
• Data Management : Architect and implement robust data models, including data migration strategies, data sharing, and data privacy considerations.

• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure the Salesforce solution is scalable, performant, and meets the needs of the business.
• Security : Implement and maintain secure access controls and data protection measures.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Environment Management : Manage Salesforce environments, including release management, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Technical Leadership : Lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
Experience Requirements
More than 10 years of work experience in Salesforce development projects ( Service Cloud, Sales Cloud..) with minimum 4-5 years of hands-on architect experience.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing complex and scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Experience in identifying architecture risks and conducting analysis during the discovery phase.
• Experience in technical proposals: Analyzing the technological risk of the project, estimates, identifying suitable profiles.
• Strategic vision of the Salesforce platform and its environment
• Technical leadership on the Salesforce platform and products
• Expert in various areas of integrations with other products
• English Advanced
