The Cybersecurity Human Risk Management Team addresses the people side of securing the Digital environment, playing a crucial role in fostering a robust cybersecurity culture at Schneider.

The primary objective of this team is to reduce human cyber risks by ensuring every employee understands their role in cybersecurity while creating a culture where everyone feels confident in protecting their data, the company, customers, and partners from cyber threats. Additionally, this team provides expert advice on improving the user experience with cybersecurity processes and technologies.

Your mission:

Considering the diverse workforce that Schneider is made of, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Cybersecurity Human Risk Project Lead who thrives on new challenges and is not afraid to think outside the box. Your mission will be to lead different cybersecurity human-risk-related projects ranging from communication campaigns, training modules and awareness programs to KPI management, social engineering programs, or projects to enhance user experience.

What will you do?

The responsibilities below are shared globally across the team, with each member assigned specific initiatives that encompass global, tailored, and regional aspects.

Cybersecurity policies
  • Ensuring cybersecurity policies are not just known, but deeply understood and embraced across the entire company.

Cybersecurity Awareness assets
  • Create hands-on, clear and engaging materials that empower employees to enhance their cybersecurity skills and become vigilant cyber citizens.


Cybersecurity Learning modules
  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity learning modules to educate employees on best practices and emerging threats.


Tailored Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Programs
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity awareness and training programs to reduce risk from cybersecurity threats and human error.


Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed about the latest human-centric cyber threats, learning innovations, and behavioral science insights.
  • Collaborate proactively with cybersecurity experts and subject matter experts to create impactful content and integrate human risk considerations into various initiatives.
  • Synchronize and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders (such as Global Communications, Governance, IT or HR) to ensure alignment and compliance.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Communication, Project Management, Change Management, Risk management or related fields
  • Experience in Cybersecurity related projects/initiatives
  • Experience in project management, communication, change management
  • Technical skills: Microsoft O365 suite, video editing or design skills are a plus
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across practices
  • Ability to create simple messages and convert technical content into best practices
  • Creativity
  • Effective, autonomous, organized, rigorous, result-oriented and team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Appetence for Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity topics
  • Ability to work in an international, virtual, and remote environment
