What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain robust security architecture for embedded systems
- Plan and implement security measures for networks, applications, cloud, and endpoints in HMI products
- Develop and continuously improve security policies, standards, and guidelines
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability diagnostics, and propose and implement countermeasures
- Collaborate with the Product Security Office (PSO), cybersecurity advisors, and incident response leaders
- Promote security awareness and foster a security culture through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Extensive knowledge designing security architecture
- CSSLP
- ISA-IEC62443 IC32 - Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist
- ISA-IEC62443 IC34 - Cybersecurity Design Specialist

Required:
- Over 10 years of programming and software development experience in embedded Linux and/or Windows environments
- Practical experience in designing security architecture

Technical Skills:
- Fundamental knowledge of software engineering and basic understanding of hardware
- Deep understanding of networks, operating systems, and applications
- Knowledge of industrial automation
- Strong understanding of security-related technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Security by Design principles
Language Skills:
- Business-level English proficiency and Business-level Japanese proficiency
Personal Traits:
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of teamwork
- High interest in new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
- Flexible thinker capable of proposing innovative ideas
- Passionate, positive, and adaptable personality
Preferred Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience leading technical teams
Certifications/Knowledge:
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and Zero Trust Architecture
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing
