Cybersecurity Architect (F/M)
You will join the Innovation & Technology department, which supports the various Lines of Business across the company. I&T is the technical expertise hub of Schneider Electric, driving innovation and technological progress in key areas such as materials, sensors, actuators, and switching technologies.
We actively support strategic business projects in electronics, sustainability, ecodesign, edge computing, and direct current through several Centers of Excellence. We also manage product certification and oversee testing laboratories.
You will specifically join the Cybersecurity team, as our products are increasingly digital. Within this team, we are recruiting a Cybersecurity Architect, reporting to the Cyber Hub Leader. You will interact with all I&T functions and with all Lines of Business.

Your role :
You will be responsible for the cross-functional execution and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity program aligned with the company's strategy and policies, focusing on technologies related to Cloud, Engineering Digital, and DevSecOps.
- Digital offers deployed in cloud environments (mainly Azure, occasionally AWS)
- Integration between physical products and software solutions
- Implementation of DevSecOps practices in offer development
- Design and deployment of Zero Trust architectures across physical and digital products
Your missions :
- Lead the continuous improvement strategy for cloud security, both technically and organizationally
- Own the evolution of the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) program in alignment with CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to vulnerability and incident management in digital environments, including tooling and process improvements
- Collaborate with Business Leaders and governance teams to define cybersecurity roadmaps
- Influence industry standards related to cloud security measures
- Support (if requested) Cyber Security Officers (CSOs) in Lines of Business with cybersecurity approvals or exceptions
- Animate the cybersecurity community through cross-functional initiatives and workshops
- Define cloud/DevSecOps cybersecurity skill frameworks and contribute as a trainer in the CyberAcademy
Your profile :
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical cybersecurity roles, preferably in Cloud/DevSecOps
- Strong experience in Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) applied to products
- Technical background in software and firmware development/architecture is a plus
Your skills :
- Technical:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk assessment and business-oriented security
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (cryptography, secure architecture, authentication/authorization mechanisms) applied to industrial systems
- Familiarity with OT communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA)
- Knowledge of IT communication protocols (OSI model, TCP/IP, secure web protocols)
- Awareness of cybersecurity standards and regulations: IEC 62443, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), DSA...
- Cybersecurity certifications preferred: CSSLP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443
- Cloud certifications: AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, or GitHub Advanced Security (GH-500). If not certified, your profile allows you to obtain one with company support.
- Strong leadership in complex environments, with the ability to influence across organizational levels
- Multicultural skills to work in international settings and engage diverse teams
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level)
