Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team, in Ukkel, Brussels. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries, gather detailed information about their requests, and ensure they receive accurate and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Provide support to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues. Ensure a positive customer experience by offering helpful and continuous service.
  • Client Communication: Initiate calls to clients to gather more detailed information about their requests. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to better understand their needs.
  • Internal Coordination: Identify and connect with the appropriate person or team within the company to address client inquiries beyond the scope of the customer service representative. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to improve collaboration and enhance the overall customer service experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure that all client inquiries receive a response and are resolved in a timely manner. Monitor and track the status of client requests to ensure they are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:
  • 0-5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both orally and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
