Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Team Coordination
- Lead and approve the basic and detailed design of all technical aspects of the project.
- Ensure timely delivery of technical outputs in line with project planning and budget.
- Coordinate implementation activities across factories, suppliers, and testing facilities.
- Stakeholder Technical Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical team members.
- Identify and coordinate the involvement of specialized expertise when required.
- Manage and coordinate technical aspects of subcontracted work.

- Design & Implementation
- Perform and review design and specification activities using Schneider Electric's portfolio.
- Participate in implementation and testing activities (e.g., FAT).
- Risk, Change & Opportunity Management
- Identify and manage technical risks and changes.
- Work with the PM to evaluate and process variation orders.
- Escalate critical issues that may impact project performance or customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement
- Lead technical discussions and clarifications with the customer.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality, Methods & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's quality processes (CPP, TDP).
- Drive resolution of technical deviations and quality issues.
- Knowledge Sharing & Coaching
- Contribute to the Technical Leaders' Community of Practice.
- Share lessons learned and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and act as a technical referent.
Education
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Languages
- Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Additional languages are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical scopes in customer projects.
- At least 5 years in engineering domains such as Power, Automation & Software, Telecom & IT, Cybersecurity, Mechanical & HVAC, or Structural.
- Experience in specific market segments or customer applications is a plus.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership in managing functional and remote technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in interpreting technical standards and specifications.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
