The Opportunity

Based at our workspace in Macquarie Park (Sydney), you will join a close-knit team of Marketing and Communications specialists as you deploy your passions with the World's Most Sustainable Company!

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute engaging and high-quality communications across a variety of channels in support of our Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Team with others as you play a central role in the ongoing development and utilisation of varied content that promotes a variety of cyclical and ad-hoc cycles and related campaigns.
  • Drive innovative content across a variety of social media channels as you actively champion our brand to ensure visibility, employee engagement and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as a brand advocate to positively position Schneider through all communications, amplifying our brand across all internal and external channels.
  • Promote strong engagement and collaboration across the organisation and with external Agencies.
  • Utilise data and other related tools to monitor performance and provide specialist insights that assist with continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide specialist support to varied stakeholder groups, local teams, supporting functions and broader groups that will require a level of stakeholder management.


About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with demonstrated experience in a similar role (Marketing, Communications, PR).
  • Experience in the management of internal and external communications, skills in marketing and related digital content across multiple platforms/channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven level of professional experience that demonstrates success through clear, engaging and strategic content.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while managing multiple projects and meeting a variety of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your digital skills will stand out across; social channels, AI tools (Prompt Engineering), Canva and other contemporary digital tools.
