What will you do?

  1. Standardization of Production Processes:
  • Assessment of Current State: Analyse existing production processes across different facilities to identify variations, inefficiencies, and areas for standardization.
  • Developing Standardized Best Practices: Define and document standardized best practices for core production processes based on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop clear, concise, and visual SOPs that can be consistently implemented across all production facilities.
  • Implementing Standardized Metrics and KPIs.
  • Auditing and Monitoring Compliance.

Experience & Background :
  • 15+ years in manufacturing, operational excellence, or industrial engineering.
  • 5-7 years in leadership of site level operational transformations or standardization.
  • Proven track record in quantifiable results (efficiency, cost reduction).
  • Familiarity with energy management/industrial sectors

  • Lean & Six Sigma Expertise: Deep practical application (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, Black Belt).
  • Process Standardization: Ability to design, document, and implement SOPs.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expert in KPIs, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Cost Management: Skilled in cost analysis and building business cases.
