What will you do?

  1. Governance and Compliance:
  • Establishing Project Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement clear project governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and escalation paths, applicable across all factories.
  • Developing and Maintaining Project Charters and Mandates.
  • Implementing Audit and Review Processes.
  • Managing Project-Related Documentation and Approvals.
  1. Standardization of Methodologies:
  • Creating and Maintaining Project Management Templates and Tools.
  • Ensuring Consistent Application of Methodologies.

  • Maintaining Centralized Risk Registers.
  • Monitoring and Reporting on Project Risks.
  • Developing Contingency Plans
  1. Performance Monitoring and Review:
  • Implementing Project Performance Tracking and Reporting Systems.
  • Conducting Regular Project Performance Reviews.
  • Generating Performance Reports for Stakeholders.
  1. Facilitating Timely New Product Introduction (NPI) Across Factories:
  • Ensuring Cross-Functional Collaboration for NPI.
  • Managing NPI Project Timelines and Milestones.
  • Monitoring and Reporting on NPI Project Progress.
  • Ensuring Smooth Transition to Production.


Experience & Background:
  • 7+ years in project/program management, with a strong focus on PMO leadership.
  • 3-5+ years specifically in leading a PMO, establishing governance, and driving project methodologies across multiple factory locations or complex global operations.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, especially New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
