Mission
- Category management: support Cooling for Secure Power, Schneider Electric in Europe, particularly focuses Optimum and Medium offers in transactional model and thru partners.
- Programs: conceptualize and deploy specific, time bound Programs which are strategic in nature, that will help augment Cooling revenues or profits, like Partner Program, Sales Incentive Program, Bundle Program, Upsell Program and so on.
Key responsibilities
- Business Development across Lifecycle: Identify of new market segments, partners or business, and deploy and sustain Programs for growth. Understand regional needs and headwinds. Work closely with Product Marketing /Marketing Communication teams Design the marketing mix with Business VPs and marketing team so as to achieve.
- Management Reporting: close view to demand planning, lead times and forecasting.
Requirements
- Technical and Engineering Background
- 2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical and industrial companies (cooling business preferred).
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Travel requirement: Occasionally
- Cooling system knowledge
- Multichannel marketing
- Strategic planning
- Communication and public speaking
