What will you do?

  • Assist in drafting and modifying contractual documents, including subcontracts, change orders, letters of intent, and other miscellaneous documents.
  • Facilitate the execution of contract documents via DocuSign.
  • Maintain accurate files and records in SharePoint and Smartsheet.
  • Upload executed contract documents to the contract repository and update Smartsheet.
  • Share executed documents with all relevant parties to ensure visibility and awareness.
  • Coordinate the entry of executed subcontracts and change orders into the applicable ERP system (e.g., Dynamics).
  • Draft conditional and unconditional lien releases as required by contract.
  • Coordinate and lead digital notary sessions to obtain signatures/notarizations on lien releases and other contractual documents via Remote Online Notary platform in DocuSign. (Note: Must be willing to become a digital notary in the state of residence.)
  • Request certificates of insurance from the insurance broker in accordance with contract requirements and work with subcontractors to obtain and maintain current COIs for the duration of the project.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for program execution team contractual matters.
  • Participate in monthly project summary review meetings with the finance team and program execution team to discuss the status of documents under review or negotiation.
  • Stay up to date on corporate guidelines and policies to ensure contract compliance.
  • Review and complete vendor credit application requests.
  • Participate in process review and improvement activities related to contracts administration duties.
  • Assist with all miscellaneous contracts management tasks as needed.

What's in it for you?

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration.
  • Notary experience preferred, or must be able to Notary for this role.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
