Consulting Associate - Industrial Digital Transformation

The Role: Industrial Digital Transformation (IDT) Consulting Associate, Industr ial Automation in Japan

We are looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Consultant to support our customers in their Industrial Digital Transformation journey. In this role, you will work closely with our global network of specialists and client teams to analyze factory operations and processes to identify opportunities for digital innovation. You will also work with our delivery organization to propose and support the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies while adopting a data-driven strategy.

What will you do?

• Work with sales team to showcase Schneider Electric's capability around IDT
• Participate in events to promote IDT
• Execute workshops to help inspire IDT
• Develop proposals based on customer requirements
• Execute consulting projects
• Generate reports and deliver presentations to C-level clients
• Participate in the development and promotion of new digital technology

• Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
  • Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
  • Genuine interest in Industrial Automation and Digital Transformation
