Tu relies les besoins du marché aux possibilités techniques et collabores étroitement avec des développeur• euses, architectes, planificateur• trices et équipes internes pour faire des solutions d'habitat intelligent une réalité en Suisse.

Ton IMPACT

• Planification et mise en œuvre d'architectures de bâtiments connectés dans des projets résidentiels
• Conseil technique pour les équipes internes et les partenaires externes (développeurs, entreprises générales/totales, bureaux d'architecture)
• Animation d'ateliers, de formations et de présentations techniques - sur site ou via la Schneider Academy
• Soutien lors des appels d'offres, définitions de projets et spécifications produits
• Participation aux lancements de produits, tests sur le terrain et processus de retour d'expérience
• Analyse des tendances du marché et des besoins clients pour faire évoluer notre portefeuille de solutions
• Développement de propositions d'architectures évolutives et d'outils numériques pour différents segments résidentiels

Ton profil

• Diplôme en ingénierie, architecture, smart building ou qualification équivalente
• Expérience confirmée en conseil technique, ingénierie de projet ou architecture de solutions
• Solides connaissances en automatisation des bâtiments, IoT, smart home et gestion de l'énergie
• Expérience dans l'animation d'ateliers clients, de formations techniques et de projets proches de la vente
• Excellentes compétences en communication, sens de l'organisation et méthode de travail structurée
• Très bonne maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ; l'allemand est un atout
