Commissioning & Engineering Manager
Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Commissioning & Engineering Manager (technical antenna internal title) for Individual Site to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center Business.
This position is a key player in the organization and manages the technical function for a product range or multiple technical subfunctions. Informs management of technical problems related to industrial and technological changes. Manages teams to establish procedures and best practices. Requires wide knowledge of functional area. Optimizes user experience by performing usability testing and proposing design enhancements during product developmen t manufacturing, organizing tests schedules, ensuring product quality and safety, ensuring deadlines are met, he also works closely with other departments such Manufacturing, quality, materials to ensure efficient and effective testing units' rate. the CX & Engineering Mgr. (technical antenna) must have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage teams effectively, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities, have a good understanding of testing processes and equipment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
The individual in this position leads and manages the CX & process engineering (take of engineer's internal title) teams to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including, Prefab Enclosures, e-Houses, skids with electrical distribution, automation control systems.

What will you do?
- Oversee the CX & Process& Engineering process from start to finish.
- Develop and implement plans to meet CX test lead times goals and deadlines.
- Manage a team of CX technicians & Tak of Engineering
- Schedule and coordinate Module Units test with production activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Identify and resolve CX & Engineering Process - related problems promptly
- Ensure the quality of the end of the product meets customer expectations
- Monitor test equipment inventory levels and order material as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Ensure adequate staffing
- Maintain accurate records of CX testing reports

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to understand complex technical topics
- Advanced understanding of project management and project finance

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Projects, and Excel
- Results oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Influencing and convincing skills
- Decision-making and escalate appropriately when arbitration required.

- Red Oak Plant Manager
What qualifications will make you successful?
- 5 to 10+ years of experience on Commissioning Electrical & Process Engineering
- 5 + years of experience on Lean Manufacturing Tool Environment
- Understanding of systems integration, wiring connections control systems is a plus
- Schneider Electric products and Electrical Enclosure integration knowledge is a plus
Education:
- BS degree in an Industrial Engineering/ Electrical /Manufacturing discipline preferred
- Master's degree a plus
