For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $216,400.00-$324,600.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, articulate and deliver against the segment growth strategy for the region that embraces the full portfolio of Schneider and which is aligned with our customers business desired outcome and which requires the alignment and mobilization of key stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
  • Develop and grow Schneider Electric's share of wallet and quality of business
  • Develop deep multi-tier customer relationships based on an in-depth understanding of their challenges and proactively engaging key Schneider executives and product experts.
  • Bring deep domain knowledge and strengthen segment thought leadership on critical challenges facing our industry
  • Identify and develop the key channels to market across the complete segment
  • Identify, grow and manage the pipeline of opportunities
  • Be the Schneider expert on the region, its customers, their business and their opportunities.


This is a senior business leadership role, to be considered you must meet the following criteria:
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods sector as a provider of technology, solutions and services into these industries.
  • A demonstratable successful track record of sales leadership, sales & account management, sales coaching, business development and closing deals.
  • Your technical and sales expertise will include innovative digital solutions relating to industrial automation, energy management and energy automation (hardware and software)
  • Your approach to sales will be to proactively create opportunity and NOT just responding to RFQ's
  • Your familiarity with the sector (the processes, pain points, constraints and opportunities) mean that you are a trusted partner and can offer solutions for issues the client may not yet realise exist
  • Existing relationships with both C-Level and Operational leadership with the credibility and walk-in rights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills
