🏢 Department and Project description :

The Client Management department plays a pivotal role in helping organizations achieve their energy and sustainability goals. The mission of this department is maintaining and growing an international client portfolio, by ensuring delivery of contracted services is occurring in a timely fashion and according to Key Performance Indicators, and by identifying additional client needs and facilitating sound solutions. The Client Management team provides comprehensive services that span energy efficiency, renewable sourcing, carbon accounting, and supply chain decarbonization .

As a member of the Client Management team, your role is both strategic and relationship-driven. You act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate complex energy and sustainability challenges and leverage Schneider's solutions effectively:

  • Strategic Account Management: you serve as the trusted advisor and main liaison between Schneider and the client. You deeply analyze their sustainability ambitions, climate risks, and energy needs and align Schneider's offerings (e.g., carbon accounting, renewable sourcing, ESG reporting) with client objectives.


  • Project Oversight & Coordination: you coordinate with internal experts in energy procurement, efficiency and sustainability to deliver integrated solutions. For that to be accomplished, you monitor KPIs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple sustainability projects and validate that all client-facing outputs meet Schneider's standards and expectations.


  • Communication & Reporting: you host meetings, workshops, and quarterly business reviews with clients. You excel in making complex energy and sustainability data understandable and actionable for stakeholders by keeping up with evolving regulations, market trends, and best practices in sustainability.


  • Business Development & Upselling: you spot gaps or emerging needs in the client's energy and sustainability roadmap and Introduce Schneider's digital tools, advisory services, or renewable procurement options while working closely with business development teams.


What will you learn?

  • Deep Expertise in Energy Procurement and Management services


  • Strategic sourcing: support on performing competitive bidding among energy suppliers to secure favorable terms for your clients.


  • Risk Management: support the market strategist and transaction advisor, guiding clients through energy procurement decisions while managing exposure to price volatility.


  • Data Management, Energy Budgets and Reporting: being able to understand and deliver concise reports for leadership teams and boards, based on the energy data collected, energy budgets and any other energy and/or sustainability report through our digital solutions: analytics platforms that track energy usage, market trends, and performance metrics.


  • Expertise in Sustainability & Decarbonization (Strategy, Implementation, & Reporting)


  • Carbon accounting & ESG frameworks: you will gain hands-on experience with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and learn how to guide clients through CDP, SBTi, TCFD, and other reporting standards.


  • Climate strategy development: learn how to help global companies set science-based targets, decarbonize supply chains, and transition to renewable energy through Energy Attribute Certificates and Power Purchase Agreements.


  • Strategic Client Engagement & Business Acumen


  • Account ownership and Executive-level communication: you will develop the skills to manage complex client portfolios, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive impact, while learning how to engage with C-suite stakeholders, translate technical insights into business value, and build long-term trust.


  • Commercial strategy: you will learn how to identify upselling opportunities, support sales cycles, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative selling.

  • Project management: Gain experience in coordinating multi-phase sustainability programs across geographies and business units and collaborate with experts in energy procurement, data analytics, software, and consulting.


🔍 Are you who we are looking for?

  • Grade Student or Masters student in Engineering , Economics , BA


  • English Fluency


  • Teamwork and Communication


  • Data & Digital fluency : a bility to interpret data, use dashboards , and translate insights into action .


  • Outgoingness and desire to learn


  • Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day ( Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings . The schedule is flexible, and you can start between 8 and 10am.


  • To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months .
