The Channel Management team is responsible for promoting and developing growth strategies for our partners, ensure correct competitiveness thru clear & transparent rules & support and scalable business. We identify areas of opportunity and develop specific improvement and growth projects within current selling platforms to better compete. We are passionate about excelling in the performance of our brand in the different sales channels. We work together creating and sharing data analysis regarding sales coverage, channel saturation, Cost to Serve and end-user coverage; to enhance efficiency in our sales departments and in the Distribution logistics.

The Channel Management Specialist is responsible for identifying the needs of the business and developing plans to determine the overall direction it should take to succeed.

It is accountable to coordinate with the business units the commercial policies that would apply to their business models, ensure proper consistency, and communicate to the relevant stakeholders.

This position will focus on strategies related to the portfolio of partners, and new business models/channels to market. This individual will work closely with leaders across Channel Sales, the National Sales Force, and our lines of business.

What will you do:

  • Define and lead the implementation of growth and improvement strategies, working hand to hand with multi-functional teams
  • Evaluate daily strategies and provide inputs to drive visibility, listings, promotions, and sales.
  • Carry out analysis to identify business opportunities and generate strategic and operational alternatives to accelerate growth and performance.
  • Understand market channels dynamics to solve high-impact problems together with our partners. Build a long-term relationship with distributors to drive overall sales volume.
  • Lead the onboarding, negotiation, and development strategy with new channels. Provide visibility by monitoring and reporting main KPIs and performance insights.
  • Follow up the compliance of the commercial policy among key channels.
  • Identify opportunity/growth areas, profit drivers through research & analysis

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in business management, finance, statistics, accounting management, or a related field is required.
  • Proved experience in commercial strategy development.
  • Strong ability to identify issues, structure, and conduct analyses, organize findings, draw conclusions, identify next steps, and make recommendations with limited guidance
  • Highly analytical and rigorous thinker with a balance of creativity
  • Shows initiative in performing research, obtaining data, and conducting analyses
  • Developing ability to lead and demonstrate presence through influence without formal authority
  • Works effectively in a team-based collaborative model
  • Innovative and curious, and readily able to think outside of the box
  • Verbally communicates effectively and impactfully
  • Self-starter who brings a sense of urgency to assignments and goals
  • Passionate about improving employee and customer experience
  • Mastery level skill in SAP, Excel, Power BI & Tableau, access, and consolidation of data from multiple sources, with ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret large sets of data.
  • Highly motivated with a change agent mentality
  • Ability to adeptly communicate both simple and complex concepts to influence audiences from a wide variety of areas and at various levels from managers to senior executives
  • Ability to build and leverage partnerships with cross-functional/external stakeholders and foster teamwork
  • Fluent in English
