Channel Execution Intern

Responsibilities:

1. System Deployment Support

• Assist in the setup, testing, and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and Distribution Management System (DMS).
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by documenting test cases, capturing results, and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to track and resolve deployment-related challenges.

1. Data Management & Analysis

• Assist in data preparation, migration, and validation for SFA and DMS platforms
• Monitor data accuracy and highlight discrepancies in master data (customers, products, pricing, etc.).
• Generate and analyze basic reports to support performance monitoring.

1. Training and Documentation

• Prepare user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs for end-users.
• Support training sessions by assisting with content, logistics, and feedback collection.
• Document deployment processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

1. Active university students (D3/D4/S1) max. 8th semester from any major
2. Proficiency in English and Indonesian
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (LOOKUP, Pivot, (optional: Macro)
4. Good presentation skills
5. Willing to be placed in Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan
