Position Summary

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for growing Schneider Electric's Secure Power business-covering UPS systems, precision cooling, and IT racks-through indirect sales channels. This role focuses on developing strong partner relationships, executing channel strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction across key markets such as data centers, edge computing, and commercial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities


Channel Strategy & Execution

  • Implement channel sales strategies aligned with Secure Power goals.
  • Drive sales growth through resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Align with global and regional channel programs and pricing.

Partner Development & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and support new and existing partners.
  • Provide training, tools, and regular performance reviews.
  • Build long-term relationships to improve partner loyalty and results.

Sales Operations & Forecasting

  • Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular business reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.

Customer Engagement

  • Support partners in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Participate in key customer meetings and solution presentations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through partner collaboration.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, technical support, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Promote digital tools and platforms to improve partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in channel sales, preferably in power, cooling, or IT infrastructure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UPS systems, cooling technologies, and IT racks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, partner management, and problem-solving.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Language: English - Intermediate to high-level business communication skills.
