We are looking for a Change Management Intern located at our MDIC in Apodaca, Nuevo León.
As a Change Management Intern you will play a key role in supporting Stakeholder Engagement activities to secure the user's proper adoption of our tools and processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the PLM Stakeholder Engagement leader with tasks which the Change Agents (PLM Champions) must do, including communication, certification, activity follow-ups, recognition plan and preparation for monthly meetings.
- Task Management: Assign and track tasks to ensure that Change Agents (PLM Champions) meet their objectives efficiently.
- Automation and Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automating tasks to increase efficiency in engagement activities.
- Communication Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans to ensure the Change Agents (PLM Champions) are informed about upcoming changes (PLM) and their impact.
- Content Development: Create and update how-to guides, FAQs, and other resources to support the Change Agents (PLM Champions) and enhance overall engagement.
- Additional Support: Contribute to other engagement activities as identified by the Stakeholder Engagement Leader to improve overall stakeholder engagement.

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are a student of one of the following Engineering Degrees: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related with interest in Graphics Design, Digital Engineering, Information Technologies, Communication, and Instructional Design graduating in December 2026 or later.
- Strong spoken and written English language skills
Some technical knowledge and/or studies in one or more of these areas:
- Multimedia graphic design.
- Instructional design.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)
- Video-editing software (ie. Camtasia, Articulate)
- Content Management skills.
- Digital Resources skills
- Information Technology skills
- Web design skills
- PTC products (Windchill, CREO parametric) is a plus
