We are looking for a Change Management & Design Intern located at our MDIC in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

As a Change Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Stakeholder Engagement activities, with a strong focus on internal communications, data analysis, and the creation of visual and digital materials to drive user adoption of our tools and processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the PLM Stakeholder Engagement Leader in coordinating activities with Change Agents (PLM Champions), including communication strategies, certification tracking, activity follow-ups, recognition plans, and monthly meeting preparation.
  • Data Analysis & Task Management: Assign, track, and analyze tasks to ensure Change Agents meet their objectives efficiently.
  • Graphic and Multimedia Content Creation: Design and update how-to guides, FAQs, videos, and other digital resources to support Change Agents and enhance engagement.
  • Internal Communication: Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans for internal communities, ensuring stakeholders are informed about PLM changes and their impact.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate engagement tasks and improve communication workflows.
  • Additional Support: Collaborate on other engagement initiatives as identified by the Stakeholder Engagement Leader.

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Are a student of Engineering (graduating December 2026 or later) with interest in Graphic Design, Digital Engineering, IT, Communication, or Instructional Design.
  • Have strong spoken and written English skills.

Possess some technical knowledge or experience in:
  • Multimedia graphic design
  • Instructional design
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps)
  • Video-editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate)
  • Content Management & Digital Resources
  • Information Technology & Web Design
  • Familiarity with PTC products (Windchill, CREO parametric) is a plus
