Business Relationship Manager

You will partner with the Pacific Zone business on our journey to becoming the most digital technology company. This involves evolving and transforming all our business processes and supporting them with best-in-class tools to drive more productivity than any of our competitors.

You will ascertain information technology requirements from the Business, generate demand, plan, budget, control, and close off projects and change requests, and escalate information technology issues and risks.

What Will You Do?

• Partnering with assigned businesses to identify, understand, advocate, and drive delivery of digital initiatives.
• Representing global digital delivery organizations within Schneider to drive digital programs and ensure positive outcomes locally.
• Leading, mentoring, and fostering a positive working culture and digital mindset within project teams to ensure outstanding digital outcomes.
• From high-level analysis to go-live execution, you'll be at the forefront of project success, ensuring seamless delivery and user satisfaction.
• Keeping stakeholders engaged through proactive reporting, milestone meetings, and customer satisfaction initiatives, making a real impact on our business relationships.

About You
You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are an astute communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Extensive experience in information technology management, particularly in digital project management with a strong focus on business relationships.
• Proven ability to navigate senior management circles and drive impactful change.
• Exceptional communication, conflict management, and presentation skills.
• Information technology technical background, which could include application support, systems administration or network/infrastructure.
• Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing, especially in Sales and Distribution, would be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with domain experience in supply chain and customer care being a plus.
