Business Intelligence Analyst (NAM)

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional who can transform complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights. This role focuses on building high‑quality Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions that empower stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions across the organization.

You will work closely with business partners to translate requirements into intuitive visual stories, scalable BI solutions, and reliable analytics assets.
Key Responsibilities
Data Visualization & Storytelling

• Design and deliver interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports.
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive visuals tailored to different audiences.
• Apply strong data storytelling principles to clearly communicate insights and guide decision‑making.

Business Intelligence Development

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end BI solutions.
• Optimize BI assets for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of KPIs, metrics, and data definitions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.
• Convert business questions into analytical models, dashboards, and insights.
• Promote and implement BI and analytics best practices across teams.

Data Modeling & Analytics

• Build and maintain robust, well‑structured data models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across analytics solutions.

Continuous Improvement

• Enhance BI assets through automation and innovation.
• Reduce manual reporting and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging BI tools, analytics techniques, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• BI & Visualization Tools: Tableau (recommended), Power BI (nice to have), Power Automate (nice to have)
• Data & Querying: SQL, Python (nice to have).
• Platforms: Databricks or any similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Atleast 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or data visualization roles.
