The Role: East Asia Business Intelligence Analyst

What will you do:

• Meet with business stakeholders, understand business requirements, and use your analytical mindset to suggest and implement solutions ranging from process improvement to dashboards. You will be expected to manage end-to-end processes from data modeling to design and documentation.
• Assist with the animation of the sales community for FS countries by providing key trends & analysis
• Import, clean, transform, validate, govern, or model data in order to enable efficiencies of data usage across the Digital Sales Experience
• Support the build, deploy, and manage bFO (bridge Front Office / Salesforce™) or Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) based analytical tools/dashboards according to the Digital Experience strategy.
• Support on Monthly deliverables in KPIs reporting and dashboard publications

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis/business intelligence/ data analytics preferably gained from sizable companies
• Experience in BI Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience in using database querying language e.g. SQL programming, MS SQL Server, Alteryx.
