Your IMPACT:

As a Business Finance Controller, you will play a key advisory and analytical role in managing operational costs across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

  • Financial Expert and Business Partner: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on structural fixed costs (SFC) for the CEE region.
  • Implement and master the EPM system: Lead the adoption and use of the EPM system as the primary tool for financial reporting and forecasting, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct SFC analysis for the CEE region with the support of Business Finance SPOCs and the SFC Specialist.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Coordinate the Rolling Forecast process for the entire CEE region - including framework design, process management, and timeline oversight - in collaboration with the CEE Zone Performance Head.
  • Annual Operating Cycle: Oversee the annual financial planning cycle for structural costs, supported by the regional performance and finance teams.
  • Standardization of Financial Structures: Drive standardization of financial structures across the region - including cost center structures, managerial scope mapping, and profit center grouping - in cooperation with the SFC Specialist.

Your Profile:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience in financial controlling, business partnering, or cost analysis, preferably in an international or regional role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of structural fixed costs (SFC) and cost center accounting.
    • Hands-on experience with EPM systems or similar financial planning tools.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to work with large datasets and financial models.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement and standardization.
    • Experience in driving financial structure alignment across regions or business units.
    • Strong digital skills and a proactive approach to digital tools and solutions; openness to innovation and process automation.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support decision-making at various organizational levels.
