Business Development - HMI - Digital Factory - Industrial Automation

HMI is part of Digital Factory organization, composed of 6 activities such as Eilwell, Motion Control, Automation Control, HMI, IIoT Solution Software and Process control systems, contribute to provide the solutions and innovation for plant and machine in Industry Automation.

As a pioneer in HMI (human machine interface), our brand offers a wide range of product line-ups globally, small-sized operation panel convenient for setting up equipment and machines and high-performance models with integrated PLC functions and gateway functions for IT. We also produce IPC (industrial Personal Computer) that can handle edge functions such as higher expressive power and data analysis. Our products contribute to a variety of fields such as factory and equipment control in consumer-packaged goods, semicon, automotive, EV batteries, life science industries.

Job B rief:

We are looking for iPC specialist & Business development, who mainly lead growth actions and work closely with Countries, HMI Marketing and ICO, especially for iPC business.

Main objective of this role:

Perform as iPC specialist and Business development to build growth actions, work proactively and closely with Countries and other stakeholders to execute it for growth.

Role and Responsibility:

Perform as iPC specialist and Business development

• Create technical document and train countries for newly released offer and key offers, mainly iPC
• Create iPC promotion & technical assets (e.g. How to video, Application, Success story based contents, Battle card etc.)
• Deliver iPC skill up training to countries
• Share success case, application and best practise from countries to duplicate it in other countries
• Close and tight collaboration with European countries to lead and support them proactively, to set growth action together and execute it to achieve sales target
• Closely work with European countries to understand their pain points, difficulties, requirements and support them
• In the future, may expand the scope

Qualifications:

Essential (Must have)

• Oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Able to travel inside of Europe and to overseas
• Experience in Marketing or Sales or PAE in Industrial Automation, especially iPC
• Having knowledge of application/use-case with PC (Windows, Linux etc.)
• Having engineering skill to develop application with SE Softwares (e.g. BOS/EMSE, AVEVA etc.)
• Strong ability to work effectively across team members, departments, cultures, and geographies

• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible attitude
• Strong ability to coordinate, prioritize and get results
• Ability to foresee and communicate potential problems proactively

Desirable (Nice to have)

• Experience in HMI
• Engineering skill to develop PC based (Windows, Linux etc.) application
