Business Analyst (SE Intel)

The Business Analyst (SE Intel) will provide user support and engage on all processes related to the design, build and enhancement of business applications. It includes all activities related to delivering business applications (web platform) that meet user requirements.

This role is critical for managing some key KPIs in SE Intel for different stakeholders such as Data Offices, Streams, Product Owners & Leadership.

Support on UX modules design & maintain user guides as well as enhancing User Support processes to improve SE Intel user activity KPIs.

SE Intel is Schneider Electric's centrally governed analytics platform. Serves as a one-stop-shop for data.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve user support requests via email, call, or chats
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
  • Provide guidance and support to new users, helping them understand how to use business applications, new features effectively
  • Build dashboards to track and report key performance indicators such as web user traffic and other relevant metrics
  • Create plans and initiatives to increase awareness, engagement and overall usage of business applications (web platform), new features and user experience (UX)
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with users by understanding their business needs
  • Ensure compliance with data policies and security standards
  • Develop and uphold best practices with respect to change management, documentation and data protocols


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics or other related technical field
  • 1-2 years of experience in web platforms or technical support role
  • Strong customer focus, ability to review customer needs and translate customer requirements into technical system specifications required
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in cross functional team environment required
  • Analytical - ability to analyze UX data.
  • User support - customer support experience (management level), can act under pressure, stakeholder management, able to interact with users (business, technical team),
  • Cross-functional collaboration - able to work with business, dev team, product managers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and user-centric (needs, behaviors etc)
  • Reporting - present findings, analysis, and recommendations to the business/stakeholders through ppt/dashboards


Preferred Skills
  • Practical application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Knowledge on using MS Teams, Sharepoint
  • Proficiency in BI Platforms (Tableau and others is a plus)
  • Tableau - is a plus with data insights experience specific to user behavior (identify trends, returning active users, content
