Business Analyst (Marketing Analytics)
The Marketing Analyst role exists to support the marketing organization with reliable data, consistent reporting, and actionable insights.
This position focuses on hands-on analytics execution-creating and updating dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, validating datasets, and responding to day‑to‑day reporting needs. The role complements senior analytics leadership by owning operational and executional analytics work, enabling faster insights while ensuring data quality and consistency across marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Analyst, open to fresh graduates, to support marketing performance analysis and reporting. This role emphasizes learning, hands‑on execution, and strong analytical foundations.
Responsibilities
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reporting processes, including dashboard updates and data checks.
- Assist in campaign and channel performance analysis across digital and MarCom initiatives.
- Perform basic data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
- Update and maintain Excel‑based reports, PowerPoint presentation materials, and BI dashboards (Tableau, Lookerstudio, etc.) using existing templates.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests, metric checks, and performance deep dives.
- Document data definitions, assumptions, and reporting processes to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and marketing stakeholders to understand business questions and data needs.
- Participate in analytics and marketing initiatives beyond routine reporting as learning opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, IT, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in Tableau v10, MS SQL, ETL and Excel.
- Interest in marketing analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivots, basic charts) and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong problem solver, able to investigate and resolve issues independently.
- Willingness to learn analytics tools, processes, and best practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain data in simple terms.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with repetitive processes.
