We are looking for an experienced Business or Data analyst with knowledge on AI & MLL technologies who can help us delivery exciting tech projects for entire Power systems & services CS&Q team.

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business data, identifying insights, areas for improvement, and support in implementing team's AI and MLL solutions. The role will also be bFO Delegated Admin for PS&S CS&Q global team. This role requires a strong foundation in business/data analysis, experience in Salesforce (bFO & bFS), BI Visualization coupled with advanced knowledge of AI and ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data & business requirements.
• Extract & Analyze data from large sets of data from different sources & provide stakeholders with formatted data & insights as required by the stakeholders
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations. Publish monthly, weekly reports.
• Act as bFO Delegated admin for PS&S CS&Q global team, which includes:
- Participate to the Delegated Admin monthly calls, manage users, manage views & public groups, manage the business data, manage local reports and dashboards, technical support (support technical questions and route to the next level if necessary, on Remedy L2 queues)
Qualifications
• Experience 2-3 years
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as Business Analyst. Data analysis certifications are preferable but not mandatory
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience bFO, bFO sales force platform (data extraction, formatting, report creation in sales force etc.), preferable if you have had bFO DA role before
• Experience with Medallia
• Tableau dashboard development is a plus
• Advance Excel and other MS Office tools
• Ability to analyze large data sets
• Preferable to have knowledge of Power Systems Business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical mind, and inclination for problem-solving and attention to details
• Person should be a self starter
