The Role: Analytics Operations Manager
This role supports a team of Business Analytics, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Report Developers delivering Data and Analytics services globally within the Schneider organization. Key responsibilities includes people management, project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, process improvement, and change management (including upskilling) across the larger Analytics community in the Philippines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing a team that delivers end to end data solutions, data visualizations, insights through predictive analysis, Machine Learning and even AI. The candidate must have the technical knowledge to support the team when building data and analytics solution designs with the ultimate goal of providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

The Analytics Operations Manager will also help shape the analytics vision, strategy, and the operating model of the Global Hub, ensuring alignment with business strategies and effective communication within the organization.
What will you do?
Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business/Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineers and Reports Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, data transformation and continuous improvement.
• Establish a strong relationship with stakeholders providing guidance how data and analytics is delivered for the business aligned to Global Schneider Digital Data Strategy
• Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Promote best practices in data governance, analysis, visualization, and reporting as aligned to Global Schneider policies
• Understand and translate business problems into analytics projects
• Leverage evolving analytics trends (AI, Big Data) to refine models and ensure alignment with business and internal stakeholders
• Ensure team members adhere to company policies, regulations, and values.
• Oversee efficient induction and onboarding processes, collaborating with Recruitment, HR, IT and other enabling functions to ensure seamless transition.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other function to implement and maintain data management tools and technologies
Areas of Influence
• Creation of new metrics and processes related to Strategy Execution
• Creating solution designs for Reports, Data Pipelines and Advanced Analytics
• Automation of existing dashboards leveraging Reusable Data Objects
• Creating business/process specific strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
Relationship management
• Strong relationship needed with SE Stakeholders, developers, data owners, scrum master, stream leaders and system owners to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
EDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
• Candidates who holds a technical engineering or computer science degree or statistics or business math (preferred but not required).
• Possessing or pursuing MBA or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, data transformation, or a similar role managing a team of Data and Analytics resources
• 5+ years technical expertise with data models, data mining, machine learning, data visualization
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Clear visualizations and presentations to communicate analytical results to internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
