Analista de Infraestrutura Sr. (Instalações/ Facilities) - Recife

Este profissional será responsável por coordenar e garantir o funcionamento eficiente das instalações, abrangendo áreas como manutenção predial, segurança patrimonial, limpeza, gestão de contratos e suporte às operações realizadas para um cliente de grande porte na região. A atuação será presencial, e exige forte capacidade de organização, visão estratégica e habilidade para lidar com múltiplos stakeholders, em um ambiente é dinâmico e colaborativo, com foco em atender às exigências técnicas e operacionais do cliente, garantindo conformidade com as normas da Schneider Electric e do cliente.

Responsabilidades:

• Garantir o funcionamento eficiente e seguro da infraestrutura da empresa.
• Supervisionar serviços terceirizados e internos, assegurando qualidade e conformidade.
• Planejar e executar projetos de melhoria, expansão ou reestruturação de espaços físicos.
• Implementar práticas de sustentabilidade e eficiência energética.
• Gerenciar crises e emergências, com planos de contingência e segurança.
• Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e propor melhorias contínuas.
• Atuar como elo entre áreas operacionais e estratégicas da empresa.

Requisitos:

• Formação na área de Engenharia Civil, Administração, Arquitetura ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência prévia em gestão de infraestrutura, serviços gerais ou operações prediais.
• Conhecimento em ferramentas tecnológicas (ERP, Excel avançado, softwares de gestão predial).
• Gestão de contratos e fornecedores: negociação, acompanhamento de SLA e conformidade contratual.
• Conhecimento técnico em infraestrutura predial, automação e normas regulatórias.
• Gestão de instalações físicas: escritórios, salas de reunião, áreas comuns, garantindo segurança, funcionalidade e conforto.
• Coordenação de serviços essenciais: limpeza, segurança, manutenção predial, climatização, energia, água, TI e telecomunicações.
• Planejamento orçamentário e controle de custos: incluindo manutenção, reformas e melhorias estruturais.
• Liderança e gestão de equipes multidisciplinares (limpeza, segurança, manutenção, recepção).
• Boa comunicação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e perfis técnicos.
• Pensamento estratégico e visão sistêmica, com foco em eficiência e sustentabilidade.
• Capacidade de negociação e tomada de decisão sob pressão.
• Proatividade, adaptabilidade e foco em inovação.

• Cursos complementares em gestão de facilites, manutenção predial, segurança do trabalho e gestão de contratos são diferenciais importantes.
• Inglês técnico ou fluente, especialmente em empresas multinacionais
