You will lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative AI products that leverage industry-leading platforms and cloud services. You will work cross-functionally with AI engineers, data scientists, RPA experts, and business stakeholders, ensuring timely, high-impact delivery while fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous upskilling. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle management focusing on AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring using AWS SageMaker, Databricks, and related platforms. Manage AI integration within cloud architectures - primarily AWS - ensuring seamless platform compatibility, scalability, and security. Oversee automation solutions leveraging RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism and incorporate agentic AI platforms innovatively. Drive Agile product development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and stakeholder alignment. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product roadmaps, define KPIs, and measure business value realization. Engage actively in AI and automation industry forums/communities, champion continuous learning, professional certifications, and knowledge exchange within the team. Encourage a team culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Experience: Proven track record managing AI/ML product deployments at scale with deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle. Knowledge of AI Low-code/No-code tools (e.g., Copilot Studio) and pro-code development leveraging AWS. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud-native integrations, including AWS SageMaker, Databricks, S3, Redshift, Bedrock, Lambda, IAM, and GenAI workflows. Experience with Python and relevant ML libraries. Familiarity with AWS AI services such as Comprehend, Rekognition, Lex, Polly, Textract, along with knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, Langsmith, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks. Strong working knowledge of RPA tools UiPath, Blue Prism, and agentic AI platforms. Experience with API design, data architectures, data science principles, and ML/Data pipeline orchestration. Understanding of Make/Buy analysis and strong collaboration with centralized AI Hub and domain/capability teams on solution strategies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with demonstrated experience in Agile delivery methodologies. Ability to define and track business KPIs linked to AI-driven outcomes. Techno-functional mindset: strong technical acumen combined with business savvy and effective communication skills. Passion for continuous learning, active participation in AI/ML forums, and pursuit of industry-recognized certifications. Consulting Experience: Proven track record in an IT consulting environment, engaging with large enterprises and MNCs in strategic data solutioning projects. Strong stakeholder management, business needs assessment, and change management skills. Leadership & Soft Skills: Experience managing and mentoring small teams, developing technical skills AI & Advanced Analytics domains. Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic vision. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
