What will you do?
Location for this role: Bangalore, India
As our new Agile Project Manager - Hardware, you will support our Design Center in incubating, developing, and industrializing our most advanced power conversion platforms for our UPS and Data Center Systems.
You will be an important part of the development team. This entails all the future possibilities, cross collaboration, and sparring with colleagues and teams you can dream of.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- The ideal candidate needs to:
- Have 5+ years of global experience and 2-3 years in hardware electronic + embedded software project management
- Significant experience in leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams (R&D, industrialization/supply chain, purchasing, offer managers, ...)
- Proven track record of being self-directed
- possess leadership skills to work in a global organization across time-zones, and with teams that are internal as well as with external contractor groups
- Strong communication skills to communicate with senior stakeholders on key milestones, risks & issues. Ability to push the organization to make critical decisions
- Effectively manage change, consider trade-offs and present impact analysis with clear options to allow for clear decisions to be made
- Manage inter-dependencies between teams, identify risks and opportunities for project success
- Work with resource managers to ensure effective resource allocation and find solutions to other projects and program needs
- Knowledge in agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile.
- Create intimacy between his projects and our customers by putting in place some customer panels.
- Have significant experience on protection relays domain (business understanding and technical depth)

MUST Have
Master/Bachelor degree in an engineering or industrial field
• Awareness or experience in complex, tailored stage gate, project management targeting new product development
• Knowledge in agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile.
• Identify, escalate, and support obstacle resolution: you remove impediments
• Able to influence the organization and leverage stakeholders to foster team efficiency
