Your role will be to increase Schneider Electric's awareness and preference in the local markets of Poland for dedicated line of businesses, with targeted channels and segments, while delivering a significant impact on the country's business performance, and strongly contributing to the brand equity enhancement.
What will you do:
- Drive Marketing Planning process from Annual Marketing and Sales Plan / Annual Operations Plan and priorities defined by the Business Units to Marketing Intelligence quarterly tactical planning and reporting of initiatives, ensuring optimal use of annual marketing communication budget.
- Engage targeted customers across dedicated Channel and Segment by deploying efficient Marketing Campaigns, Programs, Hero's Launches & Innovation Experience, being set as an integrated part of the country and local business units strategies.
- Cover full Marketing Communication Mix management, including strong leadership in Innovation experience through Events organization and support (offline and online events), both owned and organized by third parties.
- Govern direct digital mailing communication using latest martech stack, ensuring maximized customer engagement through identified customer journeys, enhance customer database health and drive its growth.
- Improve (digital) customer relationship through customer journey touch points (newsletters, events, webinars, innovation experience, web, apps, soc.media, influencer marketing and other) to drive and accelerate demand & lead generation towards tangible opportunity pipeline, bringing positive impact on sales and efficient ROI. Track, measure, evaluate all marketing program results, report and apply upgraded programs.
- Ensure Brand compliance and localization in line with corporate guidelines across all ATL & BTL activities including SE partnership network and 3rd parties. Contribute to strong Brand preference and drive positive brand recognition across all communication channels by implementing efficient and integrated campaigns and engagement activities. Reach superior level of visibility of company solutions / products / software with positive perception across the country.
- Proactively and strongly cooperate with relevant country stakeholders, channel and marketing teams, LoB, Sales, zone leaderst to contribute to country results.
- Supporting other projects, as per country or zone priorities.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent preferred
- Work background in medium large multinational company (B2B or professional B2C), preferable from new technology, energy management, or in digital agency
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communication (Digital Campaign management, Event management, Social Media, influencer & disruptive marketing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Polish
- Strong digital marketing skills (digital advertising, social media, web analytics,). Ability to define and deploy new digital communication tools and processes, improve customer journey, foster brand preference.
- Knowledge of demand and lead generation, customer conversion processes, implementation of relevant KPI metrics, ensuring ROI through commercial / sales impact, marketing automation / martech stack within B2B industries, is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and can-doer, team oriented, energetic & reliable.
