Your mission:

Ensure the correct and efficient maintenance of the financial-accounting activity within the company, in compliance with the financial-fiscal legislation and accounting regulations, as well as internal and group procedures.

Review and investigate issues and questions with cross-country teams and act as a focal contact point for internal teams and global Accounting teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participation in establishing new accounting processes and streamlining existing ones
  • Be the contact between the Local and Competency Center Accounting
  • Organize and drive regular follow ups
  • Monitoring of back logs in each field of O2C IC P2P
  • Preparation and monitoring of statics of activities
  • Participate in process digitalization
  • Supporting all O2C IC P2P related activities in Hungary
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
  • Explore blocking points, make action plans on issue

What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of accounting experience in a similar position
  • Experience with accounting systems (SAP ERP is a strong advantage)
  • Experience with Shared Service Centers is an advantage
  • Open-minded, flexible, problem-solving skills and team-oriented person
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
