2026 SCHNEIDER GRADUATE PROGRAM

We are looking for talented individuals to join the Schneider Graduate Program-future leaders who want to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation.
The Schneider Graduate Program 2026 aims to attract, grow, and develop talented undergraduates, fresh graduates, and candidates with up to two years of experience from across the Philippines. The program is designed to nurture young talent and build a strong pipeline of future leaders for Schneider Electric.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Schneider Graduate Program is designed to help you accelerate your growth at the early stage of your career. During your 36‑month journey with us, you may choose a Structured Rotational Track across Process Engineering, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, and Supply Chain-giving you broad exposure and impactful, real ‑ world experience.
This program allows you to explore different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric through a series of accelerated inductions and development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to handle impactful, breakthrough projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders across the globe.
The program offers a 3-year full-time professional employment arrangement for successful candidates who can commit to a full-time work schedule. The Schneider Graduate Program will officially start in May 2026.

LOCATION
Schneider Electric Philippines - Rosario, Cavite
SELECTION PROCESS:
Application deadline: 20 March 2026 . Onboarding expected: 4 May 2026
Round 1 - CV Application
Candidates submit a detailed resume and required supporting documents (transcripts, ID card, certificates, etc.).
Round 2 - HireVue
Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation to complete a video interview and gamification assessment via the HireVue platform.
Round 3 - Assessment Day
Shortlisted candidates will join an Assessment Center in March that simulates a real business challenge, followed by a Panel Interview at the end of the session.
Round 4 - Final Interview with Plant Director
Candidates will present their motivation, leadership potential, and long-term career aspirations directly to the Plant Director. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your cultural fit and alignment with the company's strategic direction before final hiring decisions are made.
- Minimum an Engineering bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance. Majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Manufacturing
- Recent University Graduate with 0 - 2 years of working experience
- Excellent command of English
- Good digital acumen and adaptability to new technologies
- Demonstrated interest in project management
- Familiarity with or prior experience using digital tools, engineering software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.); and/or advanced Excel (including Supply Chain Analytics, Lean Manufacturing, and similar applications) is an advantage.
- Background in Data Analytics and Automation - Design and implement automation solutions to streamline processes, exposure to artificial intelligence tools, machine learning concepts, or AI ‑ powered platforms, to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
- Competent in Communication, Problem Solving, and Collaboration
- Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn
- Aspired to grow into a future leader

- Work location: Rosario, Cavite
- Working arrangements: Full-time onsite reporting with a six ‑ day ‑ a ‑ week work schedule
