Excellence Associate Sanofi Manufacturing System - VIE Contract (W/M)

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Excellence Associate Sanofi Manufacturing System - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/07/2024

Prospective candidate to work closely with Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) personnel, engineers, and the compliance team to help solve manufacturing and facility related issues in a highly regulated cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment. Candidate to support the biologics business unit ensuring continued delivery of high-quality products to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support teams in Kaizen and continuous improvement exercises
  • Support Value Stream Mapping, 5S and other operational excellence activities
  • Compile, analyze and format data for routine use in decision making and performance management
  • Build databases and digital tools to support operational excellence
  • Support supply chain robustness and continuous improvement activities
  • Review and analyze technical drawings and procedures
  • Investigate material and equipment failures
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Managed directly by SMS Department personnel
  • Must have ability to get gowned and access GMP area and be autonomous

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) / engineering (Preference is Chemical, Mechanical, Computer System, Electrical) or Operational Excellence
  • Ability to read, write and hold sensitive conversations in English
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter capable of working in a high paced environment
  • Enjoy hands-on work and interest in all things mechanical and automated
  • Strong Computer Skills and Proficiency in MS Office is Required
  • Driving license
