This role is in the ERP and Corporate Functions team at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital. We're a dedicated team supporting Sanofi CHC's journey to full integration within Sanofi. We're seeking an ERP Solution Architect specializing in Warehouse Management to provide efficient and sustainable solutions for our Consumer Healthcare Business.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development within an SAP ecosystem, including integration with key applications.
  
• Contribute to architecture design reviews, product roadmap, and strategy definition in Warehouse Management.
  
• Gain a deep understanding of Sanofi's business processes and strategy by collaborating regularly with key users and process owners.
  
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, translate high-level requirements into detailed architecture solutions, and document system and process requirements.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to configure and implement solutions according to product development standards and business requirements.
  
• Provide architecture and design guidance to resolve blocking issues and interdependencies for the development team.
  
• Work with other architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, covering operational, statutory, and legal requirements. Experience in MM, PP, and PM is advantageous.
  
• Prioritize business continuity; able to manage resolution as the highest level of support within the company during critical incidents halting business operations.
  

About you

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
  
• 7+ years of ERP delivery experience in a business-oriented context, ideally within an FMCG global company.
  
• Expertise in SAP EWM and TM modules, including implementation and maintenance.
  
• Proficient in integrating with 3rd Party Logistics partners (3PLs).
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Solid configuration experience with troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and manage delivery of desired functionality.
  
• Experience in managing complex problems under pressure and deadlines.
  
• Project management experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
  
• Familiarity with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management, and Application and Technology Architecture.
  
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus, and agile ways of working, desired.
