You will enjoy working on a variety of research projects and approaches supporting both launch, and established brands as well as Business Development and Life Cycle Management opportunities. The Team:

The Bridgewater-based role will provide market research support for the Transplant and Foundation businesses within the General Medicines BU. Sanofi General Medicines is committed to building its Transplant business - support will include both in-line and established products as well as business development evaluations. Sanofi's flagship products Thymoglobulin® (anti-thymocyte globulin), a polyclonal, anti-human thymocyte antibody and Mozobil® (plerixafor), a hematopoietic stem cell mobilizer, are marketed in >65 countries. The recent acquisition of Kadmon brings Rezurock into the portfolio. Rezurock is a recently FDA-approved, first-in-class treatment for chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). An exciting part of the role is supporting this newly launched brand with so much promise!

Job Highlights:
  • Provide relevant, timely and actionable market analyses and solutions to drive key business decisions and accelerate the development, and prioritization, of insights.
    • Design and implement market research to answer business questions based on comprehensive integration of primary, secondary and competitive intelligence sources.
  • Challenge current thinking by developing new ways of analysis, synthesis and delivery of information.
    • Proactively seek process improvement opportunities by challenging existing processes, proposing solutions, and driving implementation.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to succinctly express point view using both written and verbal communications.
    • Position requires the ability to tell a clear, compelling "story," and deliver recommendations that are targeted to the business question/hypothesis, in a way that cuts through the clutter and facilitates action.
  • Develop and sustain close working relationships with key stakeholders in US Commercial, Value and Access, Medical and cross-functional groups within the BOS department.
    • Must be regarded as an expert by the cross-functional team and must be able to lead processes and drive decisions with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
  • Minimum of 5 years working within the Business Intelligence/Market Research function, preferably for a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
  • Strong understanding of primary research methodologies
  • Understanding of secondary data sources including, but not limited to: sales, prescription and promotional audits, patient-level data as well as general business and pharmaceutical industry data sources
  • Excellent writing, presentation and project management skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience working within/knowledge of Transplant therapeutic area
  • Experience working on products across lifecycle (Pre-launch, launch, mature); particular focus on launch experience
  • Experience working across customer types - HCPs, Consumer/DTC, payer, etc
