Role and Responsibilities

Implement new standards and specification related changes and carrier specific requirements. Propose new ideas and enhancements to SEA field operations and communicate with headquarters for various related features and issues. Conduct intermediate technical analysis of customer requirements and creates, evaluates, and develops implementation concepts / approaches to meet customer requirements. Work independently and may function as a team lead as needed. Determine approach to work and is monitored/supervised based more on milestone basis, and at key deliverable junctures. Identify the required documentation and process for the project, lead in creation of design requirements. Assist and lead in analyzing test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. Collaborate with other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software products. Analyze test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications. Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design. Responsible for the over-all systems architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance. Use technical engineering knowledge and experience to understand customer applications, test cases, and requirements. Diagnose Protocol and System level issues from the carriers, screen through and debug issues reported from carrier, and oversee IOT and field test by doing in-depth log analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems, a related engineering field, or a foreign equivalent plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related role. Applicants must have 2 years of experience in the following: (1) LTE, VOLTE, IMS, and 5G Technologies; (2) Testing and issue management including identifying the required documentation and process for the project; (3) Diagnosing Protocol and System level issues; (4) creating design requirements, analyzing test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications; and (5) evaluating interface between hardware and software products. 15% domestic travel required.

Compensation for this role between $113,850 - $133,850/Year
