Position Summary

Our mission in North America Services Business (NASB) is to inspire and engage users with interactive and imaginative experiences.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting all teams. Working with UX, Marketing, BD, Engineering, Data and Operations teams, you will drive the product roadmap, definition, development, implementation, launch and growth of our premium content services across our devices.

As the product manager in this organization, you will have a tremendous opportunity to drive impact for NASB and the broader industry by bringing your own and your team's ideas to life through execution and collaboration. You will help shape our portfolio and influence the development of the Connected TV Platform, Premium Channel and Mobile Services:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Gather and document requirements for subscription and premium channel services that can be used to inform UX and product architecture.
  • Partner with our Design, Strategy and BD teams to define product services.
  • Analyze and leverage data rigorously to understand feature trade-offs and priorities.
  • Launch new products, user journeys and features, test their performance, and iterate.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, UX, research & data, marketing, legal, HQ/Korea, on cutting edge technologies.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems by collaborating across global teams, product areas, and functions.
  • Be able to consider the high strategic view as well as dive deep on issues
  • Work with marketing to drive awareness, promote and create demand for services
  • Own product end to end, leading internal & external cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
  • Assess the impact of projects and measure ROI to inform future decisions
  • Present to Engineering, Design and Product Planning Executives and advocate for product solutions across functions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven product management experience within the Media ecosystem; specifically experience in the Subscription, premium channel business, CTV / OTT platform business, and working with Media Partners on content services onboarding.


  • Experience working with Smart TV Platforms, consumer devices, and streaming media
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and verbal/written communication skills - with experience working with global cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills to drive feature prioritization and ability to use this data to make trade-offs.
  • Ability to have challenging conversations and present product solutions, at all seniority levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, be able to defend work, and also know when to accept direction
  • Ability to navigate and thrive within a heavily matrixed organization
