The VP of Product, International will lead and oversee international product launches, ensuring global considerations are integrated into the company's product development strategy. This role aims to move the company beyond a US-centric approach by championing international market requirements and preventing missed opportunities. The VP will serve as a technical partner to the head of international commercial and supervise in-country product leads for new market launches, such as India and Japan.
Key Responsibilites:
- Supervise in-country product leads for new market launches in international regions.
- Ensure global perspectives and needs are integrated into product development.
- Act as a technical partner to the head of international commercial.
- Drive the company's international product strategy, moving beyond a US-centric view.
- Champion international market requirements and ensure they are reflected in the product roadmap.
- Identify and capitalize on unique opportunities in international markets.
- Collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions that can benefit both international and US markets.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product management.
- Proven track record of leading international product launches and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences.
- Ability to work effectively as a technical partner and strategic advisor.
- Full-time commitment to the role.
- Willingness to relocate to or be based in London.
