The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Well-Architected is a strategic program dedicated to the success of architects. Architects are the trusted advisors and technical leaders who design and build complex, transformative solutions for our customers. Our mission is to empower, inspire, and enable the global architect community - from aspiring professionals to seasoned Salesforce Architects and Enterprise Architects at the world's largest companies.
Salesforce Well-Architected provides the framework, best practices, and patterns architects need to build trusted, scalable, and resilient solutions. We engage with the community to understand their needs, amplify best practices through compelling content and events, and establish a feedback loop that channels their input directly into the development and evolution of the Salesforce platform.
Who You Are:
As Senior Manager of Content Operations & Marketing for Architect Marketing, you'll manage and amplify the strategic content across owned digital channels. You'll own the Architect Hub, Blog, LinkedIn, and X accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent architect voice, compelling storytelling, and meaningful community engagement. You'll be a key partner to Architect Evangelists, the office of the Chief Architect, Engineering, and Product Marketing, helping bring their work to market through impactful content and community connection.
You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:
Manage the Architect Content & Editorial Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy that elevates Salesforce architects and the Well-Architected framework.
- Manage the editorial calendar for the Architect Hub, Blog, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring clear voice and cohesive storytelling.
- Translate technical concepts into compelling stories that highlight Trailblazer success, architectural best practices, and community contributions.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Architect Evangelists to amplify their content, events, and technical storytelling.
- Collaborate with the office of the Chief Architect, Engineering, and Product Marketing to align messaging with product direction, Well-Architected principles, and architectural frameworks.
- Support architect-focused campaigns and events (Dreamforce, TDX, World Tours), ensuring content consistency across sessions, blogs, and social media.
Drive Operations & Measurement
- Establish editorial processes and channel operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Define and track KPIs for content reach, engagement, and channel growth.
- Continuously refine content strategy based on analytics and community feedback.
Support Community Engagement & Storytelling
- Spotlight members of the architect community through features, profiles, and campaigns.
- Manage and grow the Salesforce Architect Trailblazer Community Group, driving engagement, amplifying content, and connecting members to programs and resources.
We're Excited About You Because You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or community marketing in B2B tech/SaaS.
- A related technical degree.
- Proven ability to own and deliver content strategy across multiple channels.
- Strong editorial and writing skills, with experience establishing and maintaining brand voice.
- Track record building community-driven content strategies that engage technical or professional audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across functions with evangelists, engineers, product, and events teams.
- Analytical and results-driven, comfortable using data to refine and scale strategies.
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and Trailblazer Community.
- Experience supporting technical evangelism or architect/developer marketing programs.
- Background managing editorial channels in enterprise tech.
