Do you thrive on challenging yourself, working as a team, learning, and achieving your goals? As a member of the Product Education Training Operations team, you will coordinate activities to ensure the successful delivery of our Expert-led trainings. Responsibilities include supporting multiple activities across Training Delivery Operations including but not limited to Training Class Logistics, Private Workshop Engagements, Instructor Support and additional operational tasks . We are looking for a high-energy, self-starter to join our team. In this role you will:

This role involves multifaceted operational support across various areas such as:

  • Training Class Logistics:
    • Prepare for all upcoming trainings and provision necessary resources
    • Support various tasks such as creating Pre-release test orgs, Marketing Cloud orgs, and training certificates
  • Private Workshop Engagements:
    • Monitor upcoming Private Workshop campaigns and handle customer communications
    • Support registrations, inquiries, and logistics for Private Workshops
    • Update customer point of contact regarding Private Workshop registrations
  • Instructor Support:
    • Triage and resolve all instructor support cases
    • Assist instructors during training delivery and liaise with the Resourcing team
    • Create Instructor profiles in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Additional Operational Tasks:
    • Manage and support Learning Credits redemption and troubleshooting, focusing on customer success
    • Support eLearning provisioning and troubleshooting
    • Adhoc tasks or projects supporting a smooth and efficient training delivery


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures, and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadline and volume of requests
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and apply understanding of customer needs to solve problems and drive outcomes.
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to transition between two or more activities
  • Proficiency in critical thinking, planning and organizing, decision-making, adaptability, and communication

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Software industry experience and knowledge
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word application expertise
