セールスストラテジーは営業組織のための社内コンサルティングを行う組織であり、会社の業績や市場機会に関する主要指標を分析し、営業組織のための戦略テーマを設定し、シニアリーダーへの提言• プレゼンテーションを行っております。その中において本チームは、日本および韓国の営業およびその他組織に対し、プロセスの簡素化、テクノロジーの変革、創造的なマーケティング、一貫したコミュニケーション、などを通じて、データ環境を強化しセールス＆ソリューションズが新しい方法で顧客と関わることを推進します。また、セルフサービスを推進し、さまざまなタイプのパートナーとの関わり方を進化させます。このチームにおいて、Technology Operations and Project Managerを募集します。
業務内容
- データ• テクノロジーにかかわる戦略的な社内プロジェクトの推進
- 営業組織や関連部門との定期的な情報共有と改善活動
- 社内関係者や社外協力会社（マーケティング専門会社、データベンダー、パートナー）と協業の下での複数のプロジェクト• 施策の管理• 運営
- 米国本社や国外関係会社との情報交換および折衝
必須要件
- SQLやプログラミング（例：python）を用いたデータ抽出やデータ成形、ビッグデータ分析の業務経験
- データウェアハウス（snowflake等）管理• 活用の業務経験
- Tableauの活用の業務経験
- 統計分析モデリングや表計算スキルに長けていること、データベース分析の業務経験
- 複数組織にまたがるプロジェクト管理の業務経験（特に営業部門等の共通言語の異なる社内外の関係者と協働しコミュニケーションをリードした経験）
- 自• 他組織の大きなチェンジマネジメントを実施したプロジェクト経験
- 具体的な行動につながる分析• 提言ができる、実行可能で現実的な施策をデザインできる
- 自発的に行動できる、求められるタスク以上の成果を目指す意欲がある
- ベンチャー企業のスピード感を持ち、目標に向けて周囲を巻き込みながら協働できる
- 流暢レベルの日本語と英語(TOEIC900以上相当)でコミュニケーションがとれる

- コンサルティングファームや事業会社の企画部門における業務経験
