Sr. Strategic Sourcing Partner
Mexico City - Latam

Job Description Responsibilities

Demonstrated sourcing knowledge in Service Sourcing Categories e.g. Real Estate and Workplace Services, Marketing, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Professional Services within LATAM, including but not limited to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru
Develop collaborative business relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple countries
Supplier Performance Management, working with suppliers to develop improvement plans and ensure they deliver to the agreed upon level of service between both parties
Create playbooks to help with the day to day delivery and overall management of Suppliers by spend category
Sourcing and developing alternate Suppliers at best price and quality along with best delivery and payment terms
Develop award scenarios and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to evaluate supplier proposals
Maintain processes to track the value captured from procurement initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for better measures of Global Procurement & Sourcing (GPS) success
Support multiple programs or projects with similar subject matter
Supports operational processes and suggest improvements

Experience/Skill Required

5 Years experience

Excellent communication in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Experience with Sourcing across multiple different countries and regions.
Strong financial analysis, negotiation and excellent communications/collaboration skills.
Experience in RFx's and providing formal communication to suppliers.
Proficiency in Google / Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Docs/Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and appropriate dissemination of sensitive and confidential information

Experience/Skills Desired

Experience working with top-tier Technology companies.
Experience of working within Salesforce Applications.
